This is smart because the customer is supposed to leave a review about you after the conversation, so this is avoided because the customer hangs up. I'm waiting for two packages. First I had to provide my neighbor's phone number. They promised delivery the next day, NOTHING. Three days later I asked again, then they said they were in zone 2, again dear Mariana, we might deliver there tomorrow or in a month, no one knows. ??? Again she didn't hang up. So I wrote an email. The answer that came next was just stupid. I can't find her address with Google, then neither can the driver. Impossible. It really can't be done unprofessionally. A logistics company works professionally with Google as a navigator. All of my free navigation apps find my address immediately, including the post office, DHL, GLS, just Overseas. The goods will probably go back to the sender, or whatever the employees do with them. You read a lot about this club.I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't experienced it myself. I love Croatia, it is a beautiful country with lovely, friendly people. But most of the new companies working here are harming the country and its people. It starts with construction companies and ends with Overseas You shouldn't open a company without skilled workers
