This is another disappointing review regarding the company, unfortunately echoing previous concerns: unprofessional, rude, and misleading behavior. The courier showed up to pick up a package without any prior notification, which seems to be their usual approach. During a phone conversation, he confirmed he had a return label. However, when my colleague handed over the package at our office, the courier claimed he did not have the label after all and promised it would be sent later. That never occurred. No label was provided, and further attempts to reach out to the courier went unanswered. Given my repeated experiences, this ranks among the worst courier services I've encountered.
