I attempted to fix the issue shortly after my purchase, but the support line was closed for the night. The next morning, I was informed they would try to cancel the order. However, there was no follow-up or tracking information. Three days later, the item was delivered to the wrong address, leaving me responsible for the purchase. I will not be returning to this seller.
