Disappointing experience with sizing and customer service

I purchased a belt that was supposed to fit a size 27, but it didn’t. It was exactly 27 inches, yet there are no exchanges or returns. To make matters worse, the support team was not only unhelpful but also rude. I will not be buying from them again. Avoid wasting your money.

Very disappointing experience.

I found my experience to be very disappointing. The prices were high, the layout was chaotic, and the quality of items in every section was lacking. From electronics to furniture, the products seemed low-grade and untrustworthy, and the customer service was indifferent and offered little assistance. I cannot recommend this store.

Disappointing experience with the service

The product arrived damaged, the packaging appeared subpar, and the support team repeatedly provided the same generic responses without offering real assistance. Completely unacceptable service. I'll never shop with them again.

The customer service experience was utterly disappointing. After moving, I mistakenly provided an incorrect shipping address. I attempted to fix the issue shortly after my purchase, but the support line was closed for the night. The next morning, I was informed they would try to cancel the order. However, there was no follow-up or tracking information. Three days later, the item was delivered to the wrong address, leaving me responsible for the purchase. I will not be returning to this seller.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered a loveseat and confirmed that it would arrive by Thanksgiving so I could have help assembling it. Unfortunately, it arrived the day after, forcing me to put it together alone. While the assembly wasn’t overly complicated, the incorrect labeling of parts added to my frustration. Moreover, the back section was two inches too short, preventing it from fitting properly. Despite multiple emails and calls, there has been no resolution after four business days. I received irrelevant advice in a video meant for a different item. This situation is too heavy for me to return, and I am appalled at the lack of support. All I need is the correct back section. I will never purchase from this seller again.

The worst place to make a purchase.

This is the worst place to shop. I bought a man's wedding ring that was poorly made. I returned it and was charged $27 for the return of this substandard item. I am extremely disappointed and will not shop here again.

Avoid shopping here!

Avoid shopping here! We ordered a sectional that arrived shrink-wrapped. Upon opening, we found that one piece had mismatched fabric. After sending photos and requesting a refund, the seller approved it, but now we can't fit the shrink-wrapped cushions back into the original box. We are being forced to spend $127 on packing materials and deliver the sofa ourselves. Our request for a gift card to cover these costs was denied. The customer service has been inadequate, and it's clear why this seller has such a poor rating. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Terrible experience.

This company should consider changing its name to reflect its poor service! I ordered an item, received a label, and then was informed of delays because the item was never available. They charged me before shipping, which is unacceptable. They claimed they couldn't cancel the order because it might still ship. It took five days to discover it was out of stock, followed by another 3 to 5 days to process my refund. They assured me another warehouse had it, but that was false. The quality of this company has severely declined since its inception.
