Charged card for out of stock item - 3 weeks later still waiting for refund

Ordered a patio set with expected delivery date 4 days later. They charged my card immediately. A week later, tracking said only "label created" and item was showing "out of stock" on their website. I called & told them to cancel. They said they could not cancel because a label had been created - even though they didn't have the item in stock! Two weeks later, still no update, only "label created" and website said item out of stock. Took 4 contacts and nearly 3 weeks to get them to cancel the order - we shall see if my card is actually refunded. Meanwhile, they’ve had my $500+ for an item they could not send because they do not have it - and they didn't even tell me they didn't have it. I only found out it was out of stock by looking at it again on their website. Nightmare experience. I will never, ever, ever order from this unethical company again.
