I placed an order a couple weeks ago and my order originally indicated it would arrive on 3/12. I contacted customer service on 3/11 becausr there was no movement on my order. They told me not to worry and I would receive a shipping confirmation via email that day. Now i know the representative just told me that to get me off the phone because as expected, I never received the confirmation email that day. s
I contacted customer service again the next day. I was told she's not sure what's going on because they were showing there are 60 items in stock (I was concerned because my last order through Overstock sat for 3 weeks without moving and eventually they canceled it because they didnt have the item).
I received an email on 3/14 stating my email shipped on March 12th with an estimated arrival date of 3/16. On 3/16, per the UPS website, the label was created but not even shipped yet, they havent received the item.
