I ordered snapshot for my VPS. Then I tried to cancel it on their page.. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE (with errors), So I am stuck paying 1.2$ extra for snapshoot option which I don't want. Been in contact with support several times and they said I had to wait to a certain date for it to go away (Billing date) and the "technician had cancel it". But that didn't help. It ended up for me to pay that anyway due server went offline. And now I am here again trying to get rid of that extra charge. I can in some extent say they are great as a service but support is a joke. Seems like they don't even want to fix their stuff. When you talk to them they act like (are you dumb) So instead of a 5 star they get a 2 star due their support just isn't there. Sorry ... It is not about the money, it is about about ignorance to fix the problem.
