I am very dissatisfied with the support system provided. My business was effectively offline for 6 days due to a problem, and their response time was excessively slow, leading to significant disruption. For a service I relied on for essential operations, this level of support is simply unacceptable.

No matter the domain name, the service quality from this company is terrible. Submitting support tickets doesn't resolve issues, and there are concerns about fraud and mistreatment of customers, with dishonesty evident even when problems remain unsolved.
This was the worst experience ever. I purchased an "instantly available" dedicated server that I needed immediately. Instead, I was put into identity review, which took an entire week. There was no option to cancel the order, and contacting support was impossible (their website confirms this).
I'll keep it brief because I've spent too much time trying to get a refund. There’s no support, and I receive no email responses at all with a standard customer plan. They claim to offer all OS images optimized for their systems, but without purchasing a Windows Server license, I can't access the Windows Image. Through the payment platform, all I get are generic replies like, "Login and open a ticket" when I reach out for help.
This is the worst system overall—customer service is lacking, and despite canceling my order, I received no refund. Their customer service only follows scripts and closes chats without answering within 30 seconds. This was my first and last experience.
There is absolutely no DDoS protection. I've been dealing with DDoS attacks for two days. I submitted a support ticket seeking a solution, but they never replied. I signed an agreement, and now they refuse to cancel it, despite it being useless to me while I face ongoing DDoS attacks.
