Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order for a dedicated server (Order ID: 21407422) because it clearly stated **“delivery in 120 seconds.”** That promise is completely misleading.
It has now been **over 48 hours**, and more than **3 days of my billing cycle are already gone**, yet my server has still not been delivered. The only response I received was a vague message saying it could take up to 72 hours — which directly contradicts what was advertised at the time of purchase.
What’s worse:
* No proper updates on my ticket
* Support is unresponsive
* Phone support says “closed” even during working hours
This is extremely unprofessional. If you cannot deliver in 120 seconds, don’t advertise it. Customers make decisions based on that information.
I expect either:
1. Immediate delivery of my server, or
2. Compensation/extension for the lost time caused by your delay
Right now, this feels like false advertising and very poor customer service. Would not recommend.
