The only drawback is that support tickets aren’t always easy to resolve—responses can take time, and sometimes you need a bit of persistence to get to the right solution. Overall, though, it’s a dependable provider with great potential if the support experience becomes more streamlined.
after i did the migration with of the website to OVH i had a great improvement in everything! also they now have a good costumer service i they help you at the phone and by email

honestly i was impressed i did alot of experiments so i needed to reinstall the Operating system (os) alot and it was done in seconds and access to the vps was so easy it came with a public ipv4 and v6 and the ping was insanely good, access to the vps from the panel was easy aswell and support was fast, thank you OVHcloud

I moved from a 16 core vps to OVH's vps-6 with 24 cores.. ive been getting DDOSed every moment. Ive owned it for 24 hours. I couldn't say into the vps and when I did, I only got less than 20 Mbit up and down. Now the speedtest site has blocked the VPS... so ill be going back to the.hosting

I was pleased with the performance and stability of my VPS. However, the cancellation process was extremely frustrating. My termination request was not honored, and I continued to be charged monthly. Despite reaching out to the accounts and support teams, the problem was never adequately addressed. I've used various other VPS providers without encountering these issues. The difficulty in exiting completely tarnishes the overall experience and any possibility of returning. "You may enjoy it until you decide to leave. The exit process is so negative that it ensures you won't come back."
I've been receiving numerous scam emails from this provider. It's best to steer clear, as they permit individuals on their platform who scam others out of money. A recent example includes: sars-payment(at)notifyrsa.email. I intended to report it to them, but they require you to create an account before reaching out, so I'm sharing my concerns here.
