`My experience with OVHcloud has been extremely disappointing. I paid for order #21184763, but instead of a normal and timely server setup, I was met with delays, vague updates, repeated excuses, and support messages that solved nothing.
The order was left stuck in “Preparing your order” after payment validation. At first, support claimed they could not provide any ETA. Then I was told the order was “estimated within 7 days.” That is not a serious or acceptable answer for a paid server order.
For a simple server purchase, this kind of delay and uncertainty is unacceptable. Provisioning should be fast and clear, not handled with template replies and endless postponement. I had to keep contacting support just to get basic information, and even then I still did not receive a concrete commitment.
The worst part was the attitude: no ownership, no urgency, no clear resolution. Just delay, indifference, and shifting explanations.
This experience is not acceptable, and I would not recommend OVHcloud based on how this order was handled.`
