The service itself is reliable, but their support is another story entirely.
OVHcloud made a written commitment to renew my VPS servers at legacy rate weeks before the April 1st (2026) price increase. When I asked how to renew multiple servers, their instructions were incorrect. I attempted to do so myself many times, but their system was already charging the future price before the increase was even in effect!
Forced to reach out via live chat on the last day due to no replies to my support tickets, their only response was a single payment link for one server at the future rate for a longer term with no discount. They blamed their own system while acknowledging their original promise was real.
This is not an isolated incident.
Their support articles frequently do not match their actual system. Links often point to wrong regional subdomains. Billing inquiries are treated as low priority and while problems are acknowledged, nothing is done to correct them.
