This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. They won’t take a physical reading of the meter before assuming control, which leaves me vulnerable to potential overcharges from my previous supplier. The call center is unhelpful; I requested to speak to a manager, but the representative refused! I recommend seeking energy supply elsewhere.
This company is a complete joke. I’ve been trying to get my digital meter fixed since May 1st. After waiting an hour on hold today, I was promised a call back at 6:30 PM. I received the email confirmation but again no call came. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this service.
I mistakenly overpaid my bill via BPay by over $200. Contacting them is futile, and it’s evident my account is in credit by that amount. I’ve reached out to both them and my bank, but I’ve received no response. This company is skilled at making sign-up easy but nearly impossible to resolve issues afterward. Avoid this service entirely.
