I’m leaving a daily negative review of this lot UNTIL they call off a debt collector they admitted wrongly setting on me, (for an account I held with them 4 years ago !!!) and that’s only part of their shameful behaviour.
We are about 3 months in now and they still haven’t resolved, had to get Ombudsman involved and now have a bad credit rating as a direct result.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour OVO.
