worst company ever
had our meters changed july 2025 as old ones would work with ihd day they were fitted the installer walked away without the ihd not working ( need the ihd due to not being able to get to the meter being disabled ) roll on to august 2025 checked the app and it was saying -430 got hold of them they asked did i have electric if so they would sort it the next day herd nothing put in official complaint end of august didn't respond finally fixed my meter 6th april and now sent bill that's totally wrong and wont sort it I'm a pay and go customer they are are joke not interested in sorting out anything its now time to go to obisman over this as they do nothing at all to fix problems when its sorted im going elsewhere as the customer service isn't very nice and they are very rude and not caring about anything have proof of everything and still wont do a thing about it
