Emailed back in Sept to cancel my subscription, my email was acknowledged but evidently no action taken, as yet again I’ve received an email today stating that another batch has been sent out to me. This is now the second time I’ve received a batch after emailing their customer care to cancel! Why on earth they didn’t cancel my subscription when requested and now are unwilling to offer to offer me a refund as the order has “been processed and on the way”. Absolute joke of a company, stay away, the new recipe is atrocious too.
