Do not set up a subscription with this company under any circumstances. Their customer service claims that orders can be customized and will request your order details to do so. However, once the purchase is made, they will inform you that the order is no longer customizable and will refuse to cancel or refund. They will insist you must receive the product and return it for credit.

I was assured that everyone who bought them would receive a refund. I then ordered six bags of the 'new' version, which they claim now contain the correct creatine amount — but they're terrible. They can't issue refunds for the misrepresented products, but they can send me marketing materials to try to persuade me to buy more overpriced sweets that contain no creatine. Please remove me from your marketing list and process my refund.
