I'm very disappointed with the quality of the products. The straw gives the water a plastic taste, and removing it to drink directly from the bottle results in spills due to the double spout design. My experience with their customer service was equally lacking. Initially, I dealt with an AI Assistant in response to my emails, which was just as unhelpful as you might expect and not environmentally friendly. When I finally got a human response, they were similarly ineffective. Their return policy only offers a 50% refund on the water bottle, and it's unclear who would cover the shipping costs, as I stopped communicating at that point.
