Only two months after purchasing my water bottles, rust started to appear on the rim and at the bott

Only two months after purchasing my water bottles, rust started to appear on the rim and at the bottom inside the bottle. I contacted customer service over a month ago, but they still haven’t provided a simple solution to this quality issue. Now the problem of rust is getting worse. It’s very disappointing, especially considering I paid $154 for two bottles. I expected much better quality and service.

Disappointed with Quality and Support

I am unhappy with the quality of their products. The straw gives the water a plastic taste, and removing it to drink leads to spills because of the double spout design. My experience with their customer service was also disappointing. Initially, I dealt with an AI Assistant via email, which was just as unhelpful as expected and environmentally concerning. When I finally received a response from a human, they were equally ineffective. Their return policy only offers a 50% refund on the water bottle, and it's unclear who would cover the shipping costs, as I stopped communication at that point.

Terrible Customer Service

After entering the shipping address, their website filled in my personal address. I noticed this only after receiving an order confirmation. I called their customer service immediately and left a message about the issue. When I didn't hear back, I emailed them the next morning. They eventually replied that it was too late to correct their mistake, despite the tracking showing that the shipping label was still being printed and the product wouldn't arrive for another 14 days. I emailed again expressing my frustration, but they just sent a generic "how are we doing" response. Two days later, I received another generic email, indicating that they don't read their messages. Quite odd.

Frustrating Experience with Delivery

I’ve had a frustrating experience and still haven’t received my order. I had to keep asking for a delivery update, but they kept quoting the same fulfillment and shipping timeframe, even after I explained it was outside the expected delivery window. The shipping service didn't follow my delivery instructions either, leading to further delays. I contacted the company, but they were of no help. I should have chosen a different option.

Order Delayed but Customer Service Improved

My order was expected three days ago, and there was no sign of it. I wouldn't order from this seller again, as the hassle of chasing the order isn't worth it since no one responds when issues arise. However, my product has now arrived, even though the company had already agreed to send a replacement. So, the customer service does show some improvement.

Strict Time Limit for Changes

You literally have only 25 minutes after placing an order to make any changes. If you think I'm exaggerating, here’s a direct quote: "Thanks for letting us know about the apartment number correction for your order. I understand wanting everything to go smoothly! Unfortunately, we can't change the shipping address once an order is placed for more than 25 minutes. Since your order was placed over three days ago, we can't update the apartment number now." They really need to improve their policies!

Concerns About Online Purchase

I made a purchase through a social media platform, but I’m not receiving any responses to my emails and the company seems nonexistent online, as it shares a name with a hotel. I feel like I’m being scammed! I ordered on November 15, and while it’s only been a few days, it states shipping should take 3-5 days, yet it’s now 17 days? Unless it’s being shipped from abroad, why is it taking so long? I can't find the company to file a complaint. If the company is reading this, I’ll wait a few more days, then I’ll escalate to a dispute on my payment platform.

Misleading Advertising

I purchased the new glow-in-the-dark color, but it doesn’t glow at all. The videos in their advertisements are misleading and edited. They should be embarrassed to sell products based on false claims. I won’t buy from this company again and will warn others to steer clear.
