After entering the shipping address, their website filled in my personal address. I noticed this only after receiving an order confirmation. I called their customer service immediately and left a message about the issue. When I didn't hear back, I emailed them the next morning. They eventually replied that it was too late to correct their mistake, despite the tracking showing that the shipping label was still being printed and the product wouldn't arrive for another 14 days. I emailed again expressing my frustration, but they just sent a generic "how are we doing" response. Two days later, I received another generic email, indicating that they don't read their messages. Quite odd.
