I made a purchase through a social media platform, but I’m not receiving any responses to my emails and the company seems nonexistent online, as it shares a name with a hotel. I feel like I’m being scammed! I ordered on November 15, and while it’s only been a few days, it states shipping should take 3-5 days, yet it’s now 17 days? Unless it’s being shipped from abroad, why is it taking so long? I can't find the company to file a complaint. If the company is reading this, I’ll wait a few more days, then I’ll escalate to a dispute on my payment platform.
