Worst customer service of all time. My bottle has been leaking for months now, so I reached out to customer support and they told me a few things to try and fix it. None of those things worked so they told me to file a warranty claim which I did. Afterward, they just messaged me telling me all these things to try and when I tell them, I already did all those things they don’t care and don’t try to help in anyway. They keep telling me to send videos of the bottle leaking when I’ve already sent two videos. I don’t know how much more I can send you and rather than help me fix my leaky bottle. They would rather argue with me and go back-and-forth. No thanks. I’ll go back to my Hydro flask.
