I placed an online order and the address was my old address (auto populated from phone). I emailed and tried to chat within seconds of placing the order, but got an automated response. I followed up daily until 4 days later I got a human. They said “nothing they could do, even if it’s not shipped yet”. They said to pay for USPS mail forwarding and it might get forwarded. I did that, and it was never forwarded… I called customer service AGAIN and told them it didn’t work and they didn’t care at all. The bottles are nice, but the customer service and company themselves are terrible!
