I have absolutely nothing to complain about with the shipping, the packaging, the beautiful books, or any of the delightful bits and bobs that brighten my day, to receive. I don't care when they arrive as long as they do. I love the service and once I'm fully moved into and have furnished my new home, I'll finally start creating my library again. For me, Owl Crate is a way to find new favorites and even old ones that become those favorites, all over again. I stopped reading tangible books several years ago, due to space. I LOVE BOOKS. I was raised in a home with a library and access to an enormous public library once I outgrew ours, so I adore the written word. Buying myself a subscription was a great decision and I absolutely can't say a single negative thing.Five Stars from me!
