I would leave a zero stars if possible . I was gifted this product in June of 2021 for an Aug 2021 delivery . I “ activated “ this system in Jan of 2022 yet owlet claims it was activated in dec of 2021 BEFORE this thing was ever bought !! The sensor went out in less than a year — they did send me a replacement because I sent them the proof of purchase in June of 21 .. but still my baby wasn’t even born until august 21 —-that only lasted 4 months ! Crap products that don’t even last the length of their standard warranty . Zero reason a replacement part lasts only 4 months !! The frustration of a company not standing behind their products isn’t worth the hit or miss times this product does as it says .
