DO NOT BUY!! I have been in correspondence with the company for a week now with being no closer to having a resolution. We have been using the sock for three months and it has stopped working. Customer services just continue to want to see placement pictures despite this already being sent and clearly showing it’s fitted correctly. I would also avoid the camera like the plague. Constant connectivity issues and it’s very slow. It doesn’t like being used with a sound machine which is crazy when pretty much every parent will be using one. Again it’s not fit for purpose but I haven’t even bothered to complain about that. My priority was getting a resolution for the sock and there are failing here. Do not buy, it’s all a waste of money with terrible customer service.
