This conveyancing firm is a nightmare to work with. You get emails constantly 24/7 and you can never speak to anyone when you ring up. Since settlement of my new property I have been sent an overdue council bill in my name when I didn’t even own the property at that time. I have rung and you guess it no one available to speak to me. Still waiting for a call back 24 hours later. Very unhappy client who will be getting legal advice on this matter
