They have indicated that they are not obligated to provide documentation or information, and once you engage with them, you relinquish your rights to property tax information for years unless you cancel. In my case, there was no hearing because they agreed to a significant tax increase without consulting me. Their so-called 'expert' seems to lack relevant experience.
