However, my 2025 appraisal increased significantly. They accepted my appeal but failed in three key areas: poor communication, a minimal appeal amount, and questionable billing practices. Their estimate of potential savings on their website is misleading compared to the actual savings achieved.
I received a letter stating their analysis estimated my assessed value was over by $32,164, suggesting I was overpaying taxes by $708. In the end, they only reduced the value by fifteen dollars, resulting in zero tax savings. A complete waste of time.
Their subscription offers very little value. They dispute property taxes similar to other services, charging a percentage of any savings. They also claim to negotiate other bills for a fee, but you end up paying without seeing real savings. I recommend finding a standalone service for property tax disputes instead of using this one.
