My time at this institution was quite difficult. I pursued A-levels in Chemistry, Biology, and Sociology, and I cannot recommend it for anyone interested in Chemistry or Biology. Throughout my two years, I felt isolated and lacked adequate support, especially considering the high fees. Overall, it was disappointing, as I expected much more assistance given the costs.
I was close to signing up for a course, but thankfully, I read the reviews first. It's shocking how they have abandoned their students and staff while still promoting courses on their website to unaware new students. They now operate like a scam site. It's essential for everyone to report them to the relevant government authority to get them shut down. It's also worth considering bank chargebacks and credit card claims to recover your money.
This is a continuous disappointment. They have exploited countless students and left them stranded, while also failing to pay their freelance tutors for months. On September 4th, they made all contracted staff redundant without any prior notice or pay. Even three months later, those staff members are still waiting for their P45, which they have refused to issue. Those of us who managed to find new jobs are still facing financial strain due to excessive tax payments. Thanks to the directors for ensuring their presence lingers in our lives. Happy holidays!
My 15-year-old daughter received no feedback on her submitted assignments, so I reached out and discovered they are in administration. There was no warning or communication. Now, she can't take her GCSE due to the coursework requirement. I can't initiate a chargeback since she's been enrolled for over 120 days. This situation has really messed things up.
I only recently discovered that this company entered administration in September 2025. Thankfully, I completed my course in June and have an email that confirms my completion. It's quite disappointing, as I've been trying to reach them since August through various channels to obtain my certificate. There has been no communication regarding their current situation. The website remains active, advertising courses. DO NOT attempt to enroll!
This company is currently in administration. They continue to invite new students to enroll and pay, despite lacking the ability to support learners. The website should not be operational. It's advisable to seek another provider. If you've completed your studies with them, you might still be able to pursue A levels or GCSEs as a private candidate in your area.
Do not purchase any services! This company has been in administration since October 2025. All former students have received notifications, yet they continue to mislead new students into thinking they are providing services. All tutor support and grading have been suspended without any assistance or refunds. I have lost £2384 without any compensation.
Has anyone managed to switch to another learning platform that is willing to grade completed modules? I've finished the Advanced Counselling Diploma, but the company went into administration while my last three modules were submitted, and they remain ungraded. Any suggestions or experiences on who might take this on without exorbitant costs? Thank you.
