Hello, I am writing to you because an unexpected charge has been made for downloading the book in PDF [Tsantillana]. Under the terms of my active subscription, this content should be included at no additional cost. I request a review of this cargo and a full refund of my money as soon as possible. I look forward to your confirmation.
I was charged $69.83 on the same day the service was activated, despite the platform indicating a 7-day trial period. After the charge, access to the material was limited, as content beyond page 77 was blank and unavailable for review.
I canceled the subscription promptly and requested a refund. The refund process required follow-up, and the only refund offered was partial, in the amount of $52.37. This effectively resulted in a charge of $17.46 for access to only 77 pages of a single article over the period of February 1–2, 2025, which I consider excessive.
Additionally, there was no clear mechanism to remove stored credit card information from the account, raising concerns regarding account security and user control.
Based on my experience, the service did not align with the representations made at sign-up, and account management options were limited
They have authentic content. Any document I need for studies or research it's available in studocu. Best part is you don't need to pay to download, you can upload your research, notes or reading material for five days of premium per document. It's a game changer.
If anyone asked me to recommend a reading resource site, studocu would be my only response
The website provides minimal useful information for most searches. Additionally, it gives off a "scam" vibe, particularly since it’s aimed at students. During the free trial, I had to enter my credit card details, yet I couldn't access essential features of the premium version. Why label it as a trial if the full functionality isn’t available? To make matters worse, I forgot to cancel my subscription in time and ended up paying for an entire year of premium access without any notifications about the trial ending or the charges. This approach feels exploitative, especially for students who often struggle financially. I suggest offering a monthly subscription option to avoid such hefty charges upfront, especially when access to content requires sharing credit card details. This system isn’t student-friendly, and I strongly encourage immediate changes to better support the student demographic that contributes to your business.
Aprecio lo fácil que es de usar... Puedo acceder a documentos sin necesidad de una suscripción; simplemente subiendo algunos de los míos, puedo recuperar cualquier documento que desee... aunque el precio me parece un poco alto como estudiante...
