What a scam. Do not help at all. Have refused to give me a refund for a set of curtains I have never received! I asked them to contact Amazon delivery to be told no, they can only email them. Asked for a refund and he shared stipulation that he can not refund incase Amazon deliver but I have called 2 days in a row to let you know this item has not been delivered!!! I call Amazon as suggested and they told me they can not see my delivery as it is not fulfilled by Amazon. Customer service hung up on me,,, spoke of me asking me what do I want him to do. He lied and when I told him I had recorded he then said that is not what he meant. I have email Halifax fraud team to let them know this company is stealing from customers and withholding money. Seems like a company that only care about their pennies and not the service or products. Disgusting company.
