Do no order from this company, I ordered 2 rugs, I was told the wrong delivery day. Then my order was left outside my front door when I was at work, I live in the city center and my front door is on a public path way its not private at all, my parcel was just left ther and was stolen, I rang this company 4 times and was cut off on the phone. I emailed the company and was ignored endless times. Finally one person's said the company will refund me but then changed ther mind the next day and emailed me to let me no the situation was out of ther hands, Im disappointed and disgusted that iv paid for the items and I will never get them. I contacted yodel the delivery company who said refunds can only be given out if Oxford homeware push ther complaint seen as they were the ones who chose the courier but they will not because they already have ther money and it no longer effects them. Its so wrong, I 2ill be taking legal action against the company
