I recently had the unfortunate experience of applying for the Centre Manager position at Oxford International Education Group. The recruitment process, particularly the online interview, left a lot to be desired and has left me with a negative impression of the organisation. The interview was scheduled for today (01 May 2024)via Microsoft Teams with the Recruitment Manager, Mr. Luke Newsholme. However, to my dismay, Luke failed to show up for the interview, wasting my time and demonstrating a lack of professionalism and respect. This is a clear red flag for all stakeholders, as it reflects poorly on the organisation's communication and commitment to its potential employees and learners including parents/guardians.As a candidate, I was looking forward to the opportunity to discuss my qualifications and experience with Oxford International Education Group. However, the lack of punctuality and respect for my time has left me questioning the organisation's values and priorities. This has led me to immediately withdraw my candidacy. In conclusion, my experience with Oxford International Education Group has been disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly advise potential applicants and parents to reconsider their decision to apply for positions within this organisation, as it may not be the best fit for those seeking a professional and respectful work environment.I have also left a Google review.
