They should fix their process.

During my language course at Oxford International, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. As a result, both I and many of my classmates decided to change schools.Every Monday, regular classes are replaced with a weekly test, which means students consistently lose one full day of lessons. At other language schools, Monday classes are not taken away from students’ weekly study time.Although the teachers are listed as “instructors,” many of them struggled to explain even basic vocabulary and grammar rules. Compared to other language schools, there are also fewer elective class options. Even though our entire class expressed dissatisfaction with our teacher, no changes were made. These comments come not only from my personal experience but also from many conversations I had with other students. Based on these collective experiences, it is clear that the quality of teaching needs urgent improvement.Additionally, the homestay accommodation I was placed in was terrible. The bigger issue, however, was the lack of support. Although the school said they would help, they completely ignored the situation. After I sent a written email explaining the problems, they began ignoring me as well.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this institution. After paying a $1,000 application fee, successfully passing the interview, and submitting all the required documents (CRC Police report, medical examination, renewed international passport, NECO scratch card for certificate verification), I also paid over 50% of the tuition fee along with related bank charges.Despite fulfilling every requirement, I was later informed that I would not be issued a PAL or LOA because the program was oversubscribed. This was not my fault, yet I was left without admission. When I requested a refund, I was told it would take 30 working days (6 weeks) to process, even though it took them less than 48 hours to debit my account for payments. This delay is unfair and unacceptable, especially since the situation arose due to the institution’s oversubscription and poor planning.Overall, this has been a horrible and frustrating experience. I would not recommend Oxford International Career Colleges, Halifax campus, to anyone considering studying there.

No support, no response my Oxford English Test is stuck! the Oxford Test of English on 17…

I took the Oxford Test of English on 17 July 2025, and due to an internet and electricity issue, my Listening module was interrupted and is now locked. I completed the Reading and Writing sections, but I am unable to proceed with the Speaking module because the Listening section is not unlocked.I have sent 10+ emails to different addressesI also filled the contact form on their website multiple times and even tried calling their UK number +44 1865 521498, but there is no reply, just an auto-response every time. My portal will expire on 16 August, and I’m extremely stressed. This is unacceptable. I paid for a test, and now no one is helping me to complete it. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate further and file a complaint. Please take this seriously. I need your urgent help.

The worst college experience

The worst college experience. Terrible organization, no planning of excursions and activities, indifferent staff, only focused on saving money. We went to Bradfield this year, and the management was rude, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. The parents of my students constantly complained about all their shortcomings.

Unprofessional

I recently had the unfortunate experience of applying for the Centre Manager position at Oxford International Education Group. The recruitment process, particularly the online interview, left a lot to be desired and has left me with a negative impression of the organisation. The interview was scheduled for today (01 May 2024)via Microsoft Teams with the Recruitment Manager, Mr. Luke Newsholme. However, to my dismay, Luke failed to show up for the interview, wasting my time and demonstrating a lack of professionalism and respect. This is a clear red flag for all stakeholders, as it reflects poorly on the organisation's communication and commitment to its potential employees and learners including parents/guardians.As a candidate, I was looking forward to the opportunity to discuss my qualifications and experience with Oxford International Education Group. However, the lack of punctuality and respect for my time has left me questioning the organisation's values and priorities. This has led me to immediately withdraw my candidacy. In conclusion, my experience with Oxford International Education Group has been disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly advise potential applicants and parents to reconsider their decision to apply for positions within this organisation, as it may not be the best fit for those seeking a professional and respectful work environment.I have also left a Google review.
