My husband has always been satisfied with a generic brand of tablets. However, after ordering from this service recently, we found the product to be completely ineffective and of poor quality! I informed the support team about this issue, but they showed no interest and expect us to lose the £75 spent on a product that doesn't work, especially for more expensive tablets. We won't be using this service again due to the lack of customer support. Where is the assurance for customers when things go wrong? It feels like they take the money and ignore us! After over 3 years of purchasing this product, this is the only one that is utterly unsuitable—might as well be chewing children's candy.
