I placed an order for oral minoxidil on a Tuesday and was told it would arrive in 1-2 business days. I waited for 3 days, and it still never arrived, nor did I get an email saying anything was wrong. I then had to log in to the website to check if anything was wrong with my order, which is when I saw I had to do an identity check, nothing of such was mentioned before. I then completed it the same day on Friday morning and sent them multiple emails saying so, yet no response till monday. Only on Monday did they respond and put my order through, this is a medication I have to take everday and this cost me a week. You guys have no problem sending multiple promotional emails with discounts, but you didn't even email me to let me know there was something wrong with my order, or at least let me know in advance, which could've prevented all of this. Also, what even is the point of a customer service phone number if you don't pick up calls?
