This was the worst carpet cleaning I’ve ever experienced. They ruined my room by using harsh chemicals that worsened the stains instead of removing them. The cleaner was rude and insisted on full payment upfront. Now, the company is asking for more money to fix the damage they caused. This feels like a total scam. I strongly advise against using this company—I have photos to show the mess they left.
