Amazingly, it was nearly dry after the service and fully dried within an hour, regaining its softness. This product is pet-friendly and leaves no residue; my sensitive cat had no reaction. To me, 'superior quality' means the service effectively achieved and even exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them regularly.
I cannot recommend this company. They ruined my new carpet, which only had a minor stain. They cleaned it incorrectly, and the whole process took less than 20 minutes, costing me $170. I had to sign a document without seeing the results because the carpet was still wet. After two failed attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I reached out multiple times, but even after acknowledging their mistake, they refuse to compensate for the damage. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
