This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a carpet cleaning service. They destroyed my room instead of cleaning it, using harsh chemicals that made the carpets look worse. The stains are now larger, and the room is in disarray. To make things worse, the technician was dismissive and unprofessional, demanding full payment before starting the job. After their poor service, the company had the nerve to ask for more money to fix their mistakes. This is a scam. They ruined my carpets, wasted my time, and showed me no respect. Please learn from my mistake and avoid this company. I have photos to prove the terrible results.
