This was the worst experience I've had with a carpet cleaning service! I paid extra for odor and stain removal, but the smell got worse and the stains returned within two days. They were late for a promised redo and then said there was nothing they could do and never returned. I asked both the technician and office representative to have the manager contact me at least three times, but I never received a call!
