‘Just finished a block booking course at Oxify for a sports injury. From my first visit the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Also when you are in the chamber the staff are very caring, coming to keep checking to see if you are ok numerous times. Overall it was a fantastic experience and enjoyed the numerous benefits I got from it. I feel more alert and calmer. My sleep improved getting more deep and R.E.M sleep.
