Sarah preferred to email me directly (to hide this shocking behaviour) instead of openly answering to this complaint on here, but I will post her reply for transparency, invisibility ;
She said that because Michael is the owner, my business is not now welcome as I have raised a complaint! And she added “ it would be more appropriate for you to seek treatment at an alternative provider“
So if you want to be spoken to in a condescending way and to be penalised and refused service if you provide feedback then look no further.
Personally I will now be giving this a miss.

I’m truly sorry to have to leave a negative review but today 25/03/2026 I have just had the worst customer service I’ve had for a very long time thanks to Micheal.
After having a 6 session course that have been nothing but excellent with both Amy and Sarah who I could not recommend enough, I had the completely opposite experience with Micheal today.
He was extremely late in letting me in to the building and it took a number of phone calls to motivate him to do so.
He gave no apology for his lateness but tried to pass the blame on to Amy.
He had an air of complete arrogance and contempt for me as a paying customer and felt it was appropriate to condescend me and argue with me about an issue that he later called Sarah to verify that I was indeed correct and not a liar as Micheal accused me of being..
If I had had the misfortune of encountering Micheal on my first visit I certainly would not have spent the £600 for a course as I did on the strength of the excellent customer service and information provided by Amy.
I have one more session left of my course and now I am seriously considering not purchasing my next 20 sessions as planned because I would never want to be in the same building as Micheal again.
Goes to show that one rotten apple can spoil a brilliant thing.

Booked an appointment in the early hours of this morning due to an ongoing cycle of cluster headaches. Arrived five minutes before my appointment as advised in the welcome emails, staff member knew my name and had clearly read all my information I'd provided and was very knowledgeable. And gave advice and guidance on next sessions or things to ask my GP or Neurology consultant going forward.
Oxify is amazing. Patience and transparency in what happens is the primary focus for this team at Manchester. The team talk through all the process, any key areas you’re trying to focus on and worries or concerns you might have.Will keep coming back as omg I had the best sleep ever the other night and previous sessions it has felt like all the chatter in my head has quietened down a bit. I’m finally getting the rest I need either through less internal noise the time to chill in the chamber or having a better night sleep. Still waiting for the improval in my running times 😀 but hoping it will help with overall health. Thanks Manchester team - you’re a great asset to the company.
