‘I had been struggling with post viral fatigue since having Covid back in 2019 for 11 weeks. I had briefly looked at oxygen therapy at University and none will after studying oncology and decided I would like to see if the symptoms of fatigue would improve with oxygen therapy. We’ll, I wasn’t disappointed, I felt so much improvement in my breathing. It appeared to be less laboured especially when climbing stair and steep hills, I have been sleeping better and my general health and feeling of alertness has improved too. I know this therapy isn’t suitable for everyone, but following the correctly level of health screening it has been responsible for a general improvement in my health. I will definitely be returning for more sessions.’
