I was a bit uncertain about using the chamber, particularly for so many sessions close together, I wasn't sure the benefit would be worth it. By session 6 however, my opinion had completely changed. I've had more energy, felt more alert particularly first thing on a morning which has always been a struggle for me. As an added bonus I noticed my skin was looking better and I felt brighter in myself. Sarah was always welcoming and put me at ease. Would definitely recommend.
