I've only been with this company two months and already they've missed a compost collection three times. Only one of these was accompanied with a courtesy text. It really feels like they can't be bothered. I'm elderly and they're probably thinking I don't even know what day it is, nevermind the hassle of putting the bin out and back again. Maybe I can't be bothered paying my next direct debit!
