In July 2025, I purchased the Pressure XS PRO, but it arrived with a standard cuff instead of the XL one, which was my oversight. I then ordered the XL cuff and it was delivered promptly. The product met my expectations in terms of performance. However, I noticed that it drained batteries quickly, needing replacements three times in a month! I reached out to customer service, and they were quick to respond, offering a replacement machine. I received the new unit within 2-3 weeks, but it unfortunately also came with a regular-sized cuff. Thankfully, the support team was incredibly helpful, especially in addressing my issue. I want to highlight the professionalism of the representatives who went above and beyond to resolve my concerns and even expedited a replacement cuff for my travel abroad due to changes in my medication. Their level of support was impressive, and I highly recommend the company for any medical needs.
