I was pleased with the help I received as we looked for the best option for my father’s machine within our budget. We began with a reconditioned unit with a warranty and later opted for a new unit with a lifetime warranty. We considered trading in the old unit but ultimately decided to keep it for convenience. I am now acquiring an external battery charger to provide even more time out. Very satisfied with the service.
