I've experienced the same issues as many others. I own a unit that claims to have a lifetime warranty, but it seems to cover only the outer shell, excluding the columns and battery. To replace the columns, I need to send it in. They previously offered a refurbished unit to avoid delays, but it failed quickly after limited use. When I contacted them again, they offered another refurbished unit but said the columns were out of warranty, requiring me to pay $295 plus around $80 for shipping. I explained it had minimal use as a backup, but they insisted I cover the column costs and wouldn’t assist with shipping. I mentioned the battery drained from 100% to 0% in under 2 hours, and the machine indicated a technical failure. When I returned the unit, I left the battery attached, unsure of its condition. The replacement didn’t include a battery. When I called again, they said they would send a battery—either the one I returned or one of similar age—but I had to pay for shipping again. They wouldn’t waive that fee. The representative mentioned the invoice advised removing the battery before returning it, which I didn’t consider given the rapid battery drain. I explained this, but she said the battery isn’t covered under warranty. Their practices seem questionable and lack transparency, leading me to feel they do not prioritize customer care.
