I normally do not write reviews but wanted to take a minute and publically recognize Heath for his exceptional customer care. I called Oximedical on Friday Heath walked me through options for portable and home oxygen . Heath gave me a number where I could reach him over the weekend with questions ( I did contact him and he did respond. ) Monday morning I reached out to him, he wasn't at work (we are in Iowa and he is in Arizona - I forgot he is in a different time zone) yet he responded . As soon as he was at work he called and assisted me with my order. Heath went above and beyond .
